We have compiled a series of important things to know before arriving so you can enjoy a carefree stay.

Check-In

On the day of arrival, check-in is available between 2:00 p.m. and midnight. We charge € 45 for check-ins after 9 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the suite by 11:00 a.m. On request and subject to availability, late check-out is possible until 2:00 p.m. for a surcharge of € 45. For a late check-out until 9:00 p.m. we charge a one person's daily rate.

Prices

Prices are in euros and are per person per day for a minimum stay of 7 nights with breakfast included. A surcharge is applied for shorter stays.

Deposit

To render the reservation definitive and confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required.

City tax

Guests over the age of 14 will be charged a city tax of € 3.40 per person and per night, not included in the price and to be paid on site.

Towels

Towels are changed daily upon request. However, we encourage you to request clean ones only in case of necessity in order to protect the environment.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed on request and subject to reconfirmation.

For an extra charge of 35 € per day, you can bring your beloved four-legged friend with you and enjoy a wonderful stay.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in our breakfast room for hygiene reasons.

Allergies

Please communicate any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking in order to guarantee you a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Cancellation

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% via credit card. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by credit card.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

For cancellations made up to 31 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
