Everything you need to know

On the day of arrival, check-in is available between 2:00 and 8:00 pm. On the day of departure, check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out until 2:00 pm is possible upon request and subject to availability with a supplement of €30 per hour.

Prices are in euros and are per person per day for a minimum stay of 7 nights with breakfast included. A surcharge is applied for shorter stays.

We charge 75% of the list price for the third and fourth guest over the age of 10 staying in a suite.

To render the reservation definitive and confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required.

Guests over the age of 14 will be charged a city tax of €2.50 per person per night, not included in the price and to be paid on site.

Towels are changed daily upon request. However, we encourage you to request clean ones only in case of necessity in order to protect the environment.

Dogs are allowed on request and subject to reconfirmation.

Please communicate any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking in order to guarantee you a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Cancellation is free up to 4 weeks before arrival. In this case, the deposit already paid will be converted into a voucher. Up to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the booking cost will be charged. Less than 7 days before arrival, 90% of the booking cost will be charged. The same applies in case of late arrival, early departure or no-show.
