Everything you need to know

On the day of arrival, check-in is available between 2:00 p.m. and midnight. We charge € 45 for check-ins after 9 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the suite by 11:00 a.m. On request and subject to availability, late check-out is possible until 2:00 p.m. for a surcharge of € 45. For a late check-out until 9:00 p.m. we charge a one person's daily rate.

Prices are in euros and are per person per day for a minimum stay of 7 nights with breakfast included. A surcharge is applied for shorter stays.

To render the reservation definitive and confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required.

Guests over the age of 14 will be charged a city tax of € 3.40 per person and per night, not included in the price and to be paid on site.

Towels are changed daily upon request. However, we encourage you to request clean ones only in case of necessity in order to protect the environment.

Dogs are allowed on request and subject to reconfirmation.

For an extra charge of  30 € per day, you can bring your beloved four-legged friend with you and enjoy a wonderful stay.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in our breakfast room for hygiene reasons. We want to make sure that all guests have a pleasant and clean environment for breakfast.

Please communicate any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking in order to guarantee you a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Cancellation is free up to 31 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit already paid will be converted into a voucher. From 30 days up to 8 days before arrival, 70% of the booking cost will be charged. Less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the booking cost will be charged. The same applies in case of late arrival, early departure or no-show.
