German Design Award for Our Stunning Villa

Our Villa has been honoured with the prestigious German Design Award 2025 in the categories of ‘Excellent Architecture’ and ‘Interior Architecture’. This recognition celebrates our tailored interior design, which seamlessly blends the charm of a historic villa with contemporary design trends.
 
From the outset, we were committed to reviving the villa's original flair while integrating modern amenities. Collaborating with architect Christina Biasi-von Berg, founder and owner of Biquadra, we achieved this harmonious fusion. The custom furniture design, inspired by the turn of the century, incorporates modern elements. We restored the rooms' original spaciousness and optimized the lighting conditions. Using high-quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship, our guests can now enjoy nine rooms with elegantly designed bathrooms, as well as a breakfast room and lounge with a garden. As Christina Biasi-von Berg beautifully stated, "It was all about sensing something special, making it visible during the renovation, and incorporating the personality of the hosts."
